autoonline

Hi,

autoonlie doesnt work. I also contacted AQB Soft but they said they need a failure report. But I do not have one. How can i fix the problem. I cannot add a rule.

    • Here is an example of an error report sent by cron. If you do not receive them, perhaps you can ask the person who takes care of your accommodation if he can not make sure that you receive them?

      • In order to find the problem we need either an error report generated by your UNA instance and sent to your bugreport email. Or a direct FTP access to the server to debug the problem manually. Without any information about the problem and not being able to debug it manually we are unable to determine what is wrong with your server, what causes the module to fail, because this seems like something specific to your particular UNA instance.

            If you need help from anyone, they would need to see the Log or Report in this case. Either you can give remote access to ABQSoft or send them the report. Without that even God aka #AndrewBoon can't help.

            • Yes, but it is in unacloud, so no ftp access (if I understand correctly), it's still not his fault if he does not receive error reports. so what solution to his problem, that god can know :-)

                • This is not helpful since this is not the root of a problem.

                  The actual error happens at a later time during an attempt to create an autonline rule your server responds with an error code 500 and empty message, because error reporting is disabled on your server. You can see that request and the result on the "Net" tab of the FireFox's inspector.
