Server with Streaming Capabilities
Is there a server host that has upscaling streaming capabilities and allows you to modify Jitsi for video chat?

I’ve heard of one but don’t remember the name @Expertzkris may know a good affordable video streaming host.

This sounds like two different items. First, you want a host that will allow you to modify the instance of Jitsi the host is using to your preferences. Would this be more branding or something else? Second, are you asking for a host that offers a streaming server service suitable for UNA that also upscales the video resolution of the input video?
Depending on your actual needs/wants I may be able to help if the services being located in Silicon Valley isn't a problem.
