These blocks aren't copyable because they use current context(profile page), in another place it maybe other context(group, event) or no context at all(homepage, about), then these blocks will not work there or they will work incorrectly. 

However it's still possible to create the same blocks using Developer module, but it isn't recommended, since it's mostly for developers which know what they do.
