Interesting. May I ask why? I mean, groups do have events
Before we didn't allow to post one group/profile based module to another one, to avoid cross posting and infinite loops. But still we experimentally allowed to post Event to Groups, if it will works fine over the time we'll enable to post Events to Spaces too.

  I could really use this feature. I also think it would be helpful to add a create within a content type within a group/space that automatically chose those context of being part of the group/space.
