You can't, you are on Cloud.  You need to put in a support ticket.  It is a problem with Nginx talking with PHP for the chat domain; guessing here of course.  What we need is a native UNA video chat solution and not all these third party solutions that have a host of problems and can break at any time leaving our members without chat and having them complaining and requesting refunds.  Boonex could stop development of UNA and work on having a native chat solution.
