Have been on top of that, or similar, idea for years. Haven't had any luck finding anyone on the ETHereum programming side. Our design and idea is that the people should own AND CONTROL all of their data, assets, resources, etc., not some corporate or government entities. They want info, they should first have to come to you, ask, or pay you for it (if you choose) and they you release for that singular 'need to know' basis and only for that specific needed period of time. Combined with crypto, and other specific exchange products the people can take back their rights, powers and authority, should the choose or be smart enough to know to do that, via a common platform.

In the mean time, can anyone help to get UNA messenger/jitsi working? It's been 3 weeks since the install. It does not even seem to try to work. Did latest upgrade today. Paid for Jitsi, but so far a BIG ZERO and no real or functional help, from the seriously good folks. Perhaps I'm an idiot, but I've hardcoded my share for decades, and I don't mean grabbing Google library code.
