Comment to Bootloader error

In the original post, you mentioned: "When you click multiple or single download, the download window appears and is blocked ". So do you mean upload or download trouble? If you mean that you can't upload some files - please specify with what extensions do you try to do it?

You see, it never comes to downloading. Usually there is a window where it is indicated which extensions can be loaded. So this window is not shown, it simply cannot load.
Take a look at the screenshot above. I click on the button (arrow below), the bootloader wants to appear but stops (arrow above).
