UPDATE: as we gound with Dawgcom this situation appeared with 2 disabled options in the Studio->Settings->Account area:

Automatic profile creation from account name
Hide profiles which have unconfirmed account

The one from the "profiles without name" was Unconfirmed and one - didn't fill the Fullname field.
