New innovative ways to allow your members to provide you with valuable suggestions and feedback on how to improve your website. It is important that you know the needs of your member base.

Build better relationships with your members by making their feedback a catalyst for your business by:

1) Listening & Learning

Go right to the source. By getting feedback, you and your team will be able to make better-informed decisions on what you deliver to members.

2) Strengthening your online reputation

Members will always be talking about the experiences they've had with your site. Be a part of that conversation by giving your members a place to reach you, share their ideas, and connect.

3) Avoiding missed opportunities

Most members will look elsewhere if they don't feel like someone is listening to their needs. Suggestions will ensure these members know you're listening and will build the loyalty you need to increase customer retention.

4) Improving what you do

Every Webmaster asks this question frequently, "How can I improve the site?" Suggestions is an efficient and effective way to capture the insight you need from the people you are catering to … your members.

Members can add their suggestions. These will become available for others to view and Admin to Review.

Members can tag a Suggestion as Liked.
