United post content form?

I have a fresh new install of RC9 and wondering how you get this feature to show up. Below is the statement from Andrew's post and I can't figure out how to get it to show on my page. Can someone assist please?

New Post Form with tabs allowing posting of different content items to different contexts from single location. You can create Discussion, Blogs, Poll or Updates seamlessly from the same interface.

    • Hi Chris, it's very simple, just go to studio => Page and position yourself on the page you want to add.
      Then click on "Add Blocks" and do like this. 

      In the left column, select "System", right, check "Create post (Public)" then click on "Add to page".

      • Thank you very much Baloo!! Any way to change the order of the 'Content Apps'. For example, if I wanted 'Update' to be first/default?

        • Yes of course, in fact it is the same as your menu "Add" so,
          Studio => Navigation => System => Add Content
