How to add a block to all pages

I want to add a block to all pages which should be seen unauthenticated people. How can I do this?

    • I do not know if your question is about the visibility problem or if you ask if you can add a block on all pages in one operation?

      • I haven't any problem I just want to add a block in all pages with one operation.

        I can add block one by one to all pages but there are many pages on my website.

        • There is no interface for now to add one block to all pages. Also all pages have different layout so adding a block to all pages may be unpredictable.

          • Actually I've create a html block with own CSS rules so that will okay for all types of layout, but It's okay. This feature may be in future.
