Need help with a project of mine for my job

Hello, I am trying to create a site for my job colleagues where each colleague can vote on each other and the most popular one wins a prize at the end of the month. It's a popularity contest. I would like to know if there's a way that this could be done with UNA. I'm also interested to not allow colleagues to vote colleagues from the same department.

      It's possible with UNA and Poll App. 

      Your "I'm also interested to not allow colleagues to vote colleagues from the same department. " Needs customization as it is not available in stock Una, so you would need to contact team for customization.
