Manual Upgrade of membership - limited period

I have a paid membershiplevel on a per year basis, I process with stripe. works fine, no problems.

But sometimes I want to upgrade the membershiplevel manually. 

  1. How can I set up the 365 days limit of the membership to that manually upgraded account? 
  2. How to make that visible in the membership level block of the account?
  3. Will this manually upgraded membership fall back to standard level after the upgraded period has expired?

    • Hello Peter, yes, you can do it. Dash => Order and then click on "Manual Order", enter the name of the member, the reference if you have one, and select module "Paid Level".
      It then works exactly as if the member had paid, it expires at the end of the period, it falls back to the standard level, I have not tested yet but it should work like that.

      • Where do you find Dash => Order. I can't see it on my dashboard?
