Why not make the PWA (Progressive Web App) instead?

With MIT's app-inventor, you can make your own apps in a fairly easy way. It's much like UNA in many ways.

The easiest solution, is to embed the URL in the app. Since UNA adapt itself to phone and tablet size, it might be worth considering if you're in a rush.
