Profile change by admin and required fields

Admin can easily edit a profile and it's great. Only in practice I am often faced with this problem, as long as it contains mandatory fields, it can not do it.
The registration form is fast and contains few fields, but sometimes the member makes an obvious mistake because it goes too fast. Example, he is mistaken, yes, yes, it happens I swear. I think he is confusing his own and the kind he is looking for.
My form edit profile, it is more complete and contains a lot of mandatory fields. Admin should be able to change just one thing.
So ideally, the required fields should not be for admin in any case.
