Make Shepherd Tour available to members instead of just admins
Can anyone point me to where the Shepherd Tour steps are configured. Found the titles and text in Polyglot, just need to find tour instance is called from as well as tour.addStep

What is the Shepherd Tour? Is that the homepage tour with those popup bubbles that show people how to use the site? We can customize that?

Yes fully customizable, its just a java script plugin, just cant find where its being called from

It shows help only admin side. It's true that if we could have this side members it would be really great.

It seems youre right, regular members dont get the welcome tour. Why? Surely this would be the best use for it not just Admins

Yes, because as it is it is addressed to the new webmasters who use for the first time Una. It would be really great and very useful to have the same principle side members, I think it is an excellent suggestion.
