Disable Form Field

How can i disable the phone field on the "Forgot Password" form/page? I don't see the option to disable it. Thanks

Hello Joseg Sadel !
This form depends from the Studio->Settings->Account parameters. If you have the value of "Account is confirmed when" field as "email and phone confirmed" then on this form you will have this 2 fields.

I have it setup to No confirmation, but it still requires phone to recover password.
