Set default notification for users

How can i setup which notification sent to users, I have installed the video module and uploaded sample video and its sent email to all users about me uploading videos. i dont think its that important though they follow me. i want to control on how notification sent globally. for instance only friend request sent notification

    • Hello, well in the notifications module, you can set the default notifications for everyone. However this trimming will be taken into account for new members so do not overwrite their own settings.
      For already existing members, they must make their settings individually in their menu option => notifications.
