Is there any insight how I might be able to use 1 of the modules to setup a faq or knowledge base on my site for customer support?

Glossary App is best used for terms - I think for a FAQ or Knowledge Base you are better off with Articles https://una.io/page/view-product?id=35

I could see how using a glossary and articles may work. I will have to play around with these more to see what I can do.
