Jot messenger chats all gone
So i just did the update to the latest jot messenger and now they are all gone.

Please make sure it's not a cache issue. Clear browser cache and server cache if you can to double check.

Hi, same way way as normal... studio> apps market> updates. By the way i cleared everything and nothing happened. Everything is gone.

If you just see the blank page on messenger main page, then seems like you have installed only patch 9.0.12 and didn't install 9.0.13. Please check messenger version in studio -> apps section, it should be 9.0.13 and if not, then install the latest update 9.0.13

Same for me... blank on clean install /una/page/messenger using .13. i do see :

47073ec4a83 in the console so the jot server and the messenger app are talking to one another if that helps at all.

Try please disable Enable cache for JS files in studio -> settings -> cache and if messenger page works after this, then you have only 9.0.12 update but 9.0.13 still is not installed.
If you provide with your studio access via PM here on UNA, I can check.

well disabling all cache options in cache settings did fix the blank page issue for me. This was a clean install from github just a few hours ago.... for what it's worth.

Problem with blank messenger page may exist if you have Jot Messenger 9.0.12 version and enabled Enable cache for JS files option in cache settings.
For the latest Jot Messenger version 9.0.13 this problem doesn't exist.

We had a cache issue here in una.io as well. Now we’ve applied some optimisations and fixed the issue. Apps should work and should feel faster now. More improvements after v10.
