Points Module

I am noticing that when a user is at the top level in the points system that it is showing that they have negative points to reach next level(see attached).  Not sure if this is a bug or if it was designed that way.  I would like to possibly have it so once a member reaches the top level, in this case on my site Platinum, that it just show the green bar full and no -points to reach in it.
