Profile headers not responsive
Most people are using phones and tablets now. Is there a way to make profile header photo responsive?

All photos are responsive in some way - they rescale, reposition, use different files depending on resolution, etc. Please, specify which header photo do you mean? If it's profile cover image - the image is uploaded in a preset aspect ratio and rescaled during display, using a smaller image in previews and a larger image on the profile page.
Please elaborate on how else, specifically, you propose them to be responsive?

It's mainly the profile header images that do not resize. Here's two examples

The header image of the site (timeline) resizes with no issue.
