Una 10.0.0-RC1 wont update Help

Hi I just made my website and i cant install modules to it i found out its because my una needs upgrading from version 9 to 10 and when i click update it says it will take a min or so and it does nothing help would be appreciated

      You need to refer to the first post from this thread https://una.io/page/view-discussion?id=3216 to make some corrections in inc/classes/BxDolUpgrade.php file. Also, you need to check the work of Cron Jobs via Studio->Dashboard->Server audit. Find the line "Last Cron Jobs execution" - if the datetime is far away from the present moment, it means that Cron Jobs don't work.

      • Ty LeonidS i will try that i have tried the BxDolUpgrade.php thing but will try it all again i wont give up do you think it might be dolphin messing it up as i have this on an alias domain that's connected to the one dolphin is using so i could test this one out to see if i like it i like it better than dolphin so i don't mind scraping everything and starting a fresh

          • Then it means to setup Cron Jobs like described here or here or here

            • i spoke with my server provider over a support ticket they said the Please note that the cron job that you currently have configured in the cPanel -> Cron Jobs is being executed without any hindrances. In this case, could you please provide us with a step-by-step guide on how we may recreate the update issue you've experienced. So we can recreate the issue on our end and investigate the matter further on. 

              • then i sent a reply to them and get this back We have reviewed the matter and can confirm the version 10 of the software is not yet considered stable, thus an official way to update the application via Softaculous is not yet available. For the time being, we advise you to allow some time until version 10 is official and/or for response by the Softaculous team. 

                • so it looks like unless Softaculous update the version on there end im stuck with version 9 damn set backs ty for the help anyway you have been most kind

                  • Well, MyZoid Vapour , if you will apply the actions from the mentioned links - you may try to upgrade UNA and fix the Cron Jobs by yourself. 

                    • i will give it a go im not giving up just had an outburst from trying to get it to work for hours i had been up all night well had my sleep and ready to get back on it
