notification disappear

the notification page has disappear in Mobile app and website. I see the red bubble with number but the notification icon not there. anyone had this?

Have you tried studio > navigation > notifications ? For me it's the 17th from top to bottom on 1st page.

I know this. but the actual page of it disappear I think something gone wrong with the notification module

I had un-installed messenger one time and yes, it deleted chat history, but problem was fixed

Yes, all chat messages in the app were removed. Just in jot messenger, no where else.
