Grant for the Web

Hi,
you surely heard of the "Grant for the Web", the 100-million-dollar grant for new business models for the web. The money comes from a firm named "Coil", that wants to promote their "Web Monityzation API". Are there any plans to implement that API in UNA? I think that would be great, because then projects based on UNA could take part in the Grant.
