The Discussion module does not work. It can not be deleted, not downloaded. He messed up part of the site at the top of the screen. What to do?

When the apps can't be installed UNA shows the message with the error about the exact reason. So you need to provide us the text of current error. If you don't see it then remind me your UNA studio access via Messenger.

How can I remove a broken discussion module in a simple way? And then reinstall it on the site

It looks like somebody deleted this module from filesystem without uninstalling it, if this is the case, then module files need to be placed back manually and then module need to be uninstalled and deleted if necessary only via Studio interface.
