Turning off and on "Cover" - Now won't let me edit Conversations

So today I turned off "covers" on my conversations (inbox) and then decided to turn it back on because I realized it took away the options to Edit, Delete, or Mark as Unread... (See previous issue about this here: Taking a "Cover off a Page" also takes away options)

Now the problem is, that I can't even edit my own conversations. It now just tells me Access Denied.

I've modified the key in the Polyglot for the Access Denied and what it says...but I'm not sure why all the sudden it's denying me access to my own posts. Even my own moderators can't edit it, even though I have their permissions set to edit.

This all seems to of happened right after I shut off the "Cover" and turned it back on....
