Self hosted install on ubuntu server

Being completely new to self hosting , it took time to properly setup a una site on a ubuntu server.
I want to help others who are new to hosting to easily setup a una site on their server of choice.

The instruction may not be perfect and i am hoping that if theres any issue someone will correct me also by providing the method i did to install una

      This idea with activation keys is very very very BAD. Makes it impossible even to simply test this cms on a localhost
