Add way for people to send others credits

There needs to be a way for Users to send other users credits. Credits is a great mod but there needs to be a way for users to send other users credits. I suggest a simple button on the profile pages that when clicked would allow a user to send another user X amount of credits. X amount can have a limit per transaction if the admin wanted to set it up like that. Credits exchange need to be implemented for people selling content on their pages such as a subscription to videos, music, instructional blog etc
