Jot sever installation on VPS
Please I need guidance on installing the jot messenger server on a virtual server. I've tried a couple of times and I keep getting errors.

I just installed this myself. Go into the messenger's zip file and read the README file. It contained the keys that helped me finish the install. There are several supporting tools you'll need to install. It may not be possible to install it on a VPS, I don't know. I used a system hosted a Linode on Ubuntu 18.0.4 LTS.

Consider contacting your host and see if they will do a best-efforts installation for you based on the instructions.

Hello!
You should open a port on the server for external connect ( following your config example it should be port number 5443) and install node js, npm, forever module for node js.
