Where can I change icon for Conversations in Account Popup

I would like to rename the menu item "Conversations" in the Account Popup menu (see 1st image below), but I am having trouble locating the right object to edit.

But when I find the Account Popup object in Navigation, it shows this as undefined (see below).  But if so, how does it know which menu items to include?
