Missing Profile Icon

I have several member profiles that have the profile icon in the upper right (pc) missing. I have no way to get to the menu which make impossible to log out back to the log in page. Has anyone else had this problem?

      Did you limit the visibility of some menu items and after that add the new permissions levels?

      • no these are original accounts, i think it has something to do with admin profile. If i open a new browser tab from the studio home button the admin has no profile icon until i choose admin member profile and select you can use this profile. The second member may have been once tied to the admin profile as a second profile and i deleted it in studio and removed as second admin profile. It is no longer shown as second admin profile. If I delete the profile is there a way to restore or recreate it as same member and content? Also the second profile allows me to change it membership levels, so it looks to somehow still tied to admin profile.

        While I am in the admin profile the switch button is visible with no specific profile available. If I click switch it changes to the second profile mentioned above.

        While following instructions from Anton L on stripe payment issue went to create a new admin profile.I could not until i changed the profile number to 3 in studio. So it look as though the second member is still an admin profile. Is there a way to remove it as an second admin profile without loosing the member account and content.
