Last seen, send greetings, deleted users

Hello,

I am missing this features (which were in Dolphin) and that is:

1. Last seen =
   when visiting someone's profile to see in Info block when this user was last time on site
   
2. Possibility to send greeting, to let user know that someone is interested about
   
3. In daily report administrator get e-mail notification about new users created in last 24h.
   What about deleted? This is equally if not more important to admin.

I also miss function to set account deletition if not activ for half a year or a year...., since it is not using site any more, why have it on site? Probbably there is no more e-mail this inactive user used to register which produce mail bounce.....
