Can't access new site

Hello! Wondering if someone can help me.  I purchased cloud hosting yesterday however have not been able to access my site. I received the email saying that the new network was active but might take another 10-30 mins for DNSs to propagate.  Yet, today still no access.  This is the message I get:

This site can’t be reached

popallure.una.io refused to connect.

I am in touch with support waiting to hear back. Not sure how long that will take.  I'm anxious to get started and thought someone here might have an idea of what is happening?
