FATAL ERROR?

Upon clicking submit on the Site Configuration page i'm shown this:

Fatal error: Declaration of BxDolModuleQuery::getInstance() must be compatible with BxDolDb::getInstance($aDbConf = false, &$sError = NULL) in C:\xampp\htdocs\inc\classes\BxDolModuleQuery.php on line 10

Any idea as to why?
