Why is there no date/time field "valid until" in ads?

Hi folks!

I wonder why there is no field to check until when an ad is valid. To me, it's logic, that when selling an item, I want to setup until when I will accept requests. I would add this field by myself in Studio, but it needs some programming logic to process the date and do some action after the ad has expired. Or, did I miss something and that feature is not wanted or not needed, or does already exist?

The second question that came up to me is, what happens after I sold an offered item in ads? Is there a checbox for the seller that says "sold" and other interested users will see that in the details view of that ad?
