Graphics and animation overlays for Jitsi

I was wondering if Jitsi can be modified to have Graphics and animations overlays. If so maybe for an update this would be nice to have admins be able to upload them so users can toggle them when they host chats and meetings

We have try to modify source of jitsi here is the basic from there forum https://community.jitsi.org/t/jitsi-meet-web-ui-customization/64960 that if you have your own jitsi server installed

Hello!
You can modify css styles and logo, but in this case you should have your own Jitsi server.
If you need modifications in functionality or changes in elements design, then you should edit jitsi meet sources and upload them on your own jitsi meet server.
