Trying to set up UNA on AWS but I am getting error with the DB connection saying "Mysql error:

SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection timed out"....

All setting are correct (DB hostname, DB name, DB user, DB PW) and also all security group setting done correctly (made publically available). Any help?
