Hi everyone,

I only recently discovered UNA but it seems really exciting.

Unfortunately I've got a problem with uploading photos (eg. for profile photo / cover). After selecting an image to upload in the upload window the image shows a broken-link thumbnail, then after upload the pictures never load. The request to 192.168.x.x/image_transcoder.php?o=bx_persons_avatar_big&h=2&dpx=1&t=1613867896 returns a 404 not found. I've checked and the image does exist under storage/bx_persons_pictures/g/gx/gxs/gxsztt7arlv7gbvpxs35r4hu6w49tn8u.

As far as I can work out, both of the transcoder methods isFileReady() and transcode() return False in image_transcoder.php. I can't work out anything beyond this without delving deeper.

I'm running UNA 12.0.0, Apache and php7.4 if it helps.

Any help/thoughts would be really appreciated!

Hi everyone,

I'm completely new to UNA and am trying to manually install UNA 12.0.0 on a machine running Arch Linux, PHP 8.0.2.

I've made sure to meet the requirements listed in the start guide.

Unfortunately when I first navigate to the site it returns a 500 error with the following error log:

[proxy_fcgi:error] AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Undefined constant "BX_DOL_VERSION" in ./inc/utils.inc.php:907

Any help would be really appreciated! :)
