    • Just sent an invitation.

      • I'm a bit confused here, is ONLINE ME the latest version of UNA? IN other words what is ONLINE ME?

      • I don't know why you guys are so set on keeping "responsive grids" as a part of the design for this layout.
It doesn't work well in mobile at all. On the site (online.me) it's a nice look but once again people have to swipe left to see the menu. Or for that matter you also have to do it in discussions, friends and whatever else is still a responsive grid...
The layout works fine for the PC but more and more people want it to work on their phones...and responsive grids are not functional for mobile...
A simple drop down design would work fine, like in decorous...I hate having to scroll sideways, every time I want to get to a menu item whenever I go to another page.

I paid for decorous just for that reason and think you guys should at least consider that..

        • Looks like only menu portion need to be scrolled and not the other content, correct? Except sub menu's other content fits inside mobile view and don't need to scroll. Correct?

          • In Decorous vertical menu is standard on desktop. On Lucid horisontal (left or right) is standard on desktop. For Protean the menu is always in dropdown. On mobile viewport both Decorous and Lucid will change to hamburger-menu with dropdown.

As for submenus - they're always horisontal "tabs" everywhere, but you can either limit number of items in submenu to fit the screen (preferred) or create a "more" menu with dropdown and assign visibility for mobile viewport accordingly.

Maybe I am missing something, so please let me know what isn't right in Lucid?

            • Andrew, in Lucid is beautiful, you had the idea to enlarge the avatars in the covers, that's a very good idea, but damn it, why did you reduce the others so small, you forced me to buy new glasses! Ditto for the number of notifications much too small.
Avatar = signature too small = unidentifiable signature.
In addition I use Quick inform that adds an "i", so that between the "i" and the connection status, there is no more room for the avatar or click.

            • Andrew, any tentative date for Lucid's availability?

              • So what ever happened with this? did they show us how to create the look they have or are people just stuck with whatever they gave you for the template?
