- php module: zip = - FAIL (must be module zip)

On Shared hosting, everything passed. On my VPS, it failed. Is there any way to use UNA with this situation? I can't go to my host anymore. Already asked them to add too much already. Views, opinions, suggestions?

Hello I am trying to install one on a server where some time ago I installed successfully but now I can not install and give me this message -Your hosting doesn't meet minimum requirements- I notified the hosting but everything is ok with them and that's why I ask you to tell me what requirements they have to meet. I searched the forum but I saw that you did not give details on this topic

Hello doia !
You may create the PHP file with the following content:
<?php
phpinfo();
and check what it shows via browser.

I sent my message to the host and they created the file
vegaeu.com/phpinfo.php
but to no avail. I can't install and that error occurs

On this page https://vegaeu.com/phpinfo.php we may see that section "Configure Command " has many "disable --" options like "--disable-fileinfo" (which is necessary for UNA). It means that UNA will not work on this hosting plan.

I activated those fileinfo and zip cpanel extensions and it seems that now everything is ok
would it be advisable to activate something else?
I installed modules but everywhere I go there is no page and it gives an error

Be sure that you have the .htaccess file at the root of your UNA. Also, check of the mod-rewrite module was installed too.

I only solved it with htacces because I don't understand how to install it including the modules we bought were not installed although they look like they are installed

This trouble appears with not-working redirect commands from the UNA .htaccess file. The usual reason - not installed mod rewrite module.
