    • Hello Will Monte !

It is the request to the storage system to play video for the guest. What details do you want to get?

      • Will has stated several times that after he performed the update from 9.0.1 to 10.0.0 his site takes forever to load.  I personally noted that videos are taking forever to appear on the page and this is just the embed code with the thumbnail; no real data is being loaded.  Since the site was performing fine before the upgrade and is now crawling on page load and nothing else has changed about the server, then it MUST be the newer 10.0.0 release that is the problem.

The above is just one of many entries in the profiler log of the same although the time varies.  Does the 2019-09-22 03:30:13 LONG PAGE OPEN: 194.56914 sec mean that it is taking 194.57 seconds to load the embed code to the page?  Or does it mean something else?

        • Exactly, it's really frustrating waiting for site to load.

          • It really is a horrible position to be in, cause atleast people over here in NY/NJ are so spoiled that everyone wants faster, even if they have their private info sold like FaceCrook does, they don't care, as long as they posted the data and it appears first then the whole freaking website. That's the big problem i've always had with dolphin and now UNA. Don't get me wrong, both platforms nice and great idea to me, but the speed is the issue especially videos. So can you imagine having ummmm let's say 50 or more users uploading videos at the same time, it would be a nightmare.

            • Will Monte if this is mostly related to video uploads then processing time; why don't you use remote video transcoding option in the Developer section?

Even with a couple of videos trying to process it can really affect the server speed.

Does your server load spike during these page loads?

              • Yeah, after I update to 10.1 version I having same problem.  My video not working either.

does it spin or you get an error message?

                  • keep spinning only

                    • This log isn't for regular page load, it's for the video download.
194 seconds to download big video is absolutely fine if end user have no super fast internet connection.

                      • anyone know how to fix the video file? it's not processing the file? why?

                        • Anybody fix the problem. My video file keep processing from yesterday.  Almost more then 13 hours now.  So nobody have answer why video files not processing.  What should I do guys? Pls una team help me. Thanks

First thing you should do is to start a new thread on "My Videos Are Not Processing" because this thread is about a different issues.  Do that and then we will take it from there.
