Resend Confirmation Email link needed on join form

How can I put a "resend confirmation email" link at the bottom of the join form and the forgot password form. Sometimes people might not get the confirmation email. I saw it on a site and it looks useful.

        I think it is not necessary to place it on the pages mentioned by you because we have the ready block with the message "Your email address is unconfirmed. Please, check your email ...". It appears on the page for the user with unconfirmed email and contains the repeat confirmation link.
