Locations MAP - overlapping people

Hi,

The same location - I don't see any simple way of implementing this. For example if there are two persons with a location within 100m from each other then on a zoom level of a whole city they will be showing as if they are at the exact same location even if they aren't in fact. Perhaps this is possible only by implementing a complex logic which will be grouping nearby profiles into a single location depending on a map's zoom level, but we don't have plans of implementing this complex and potentially confusing logic in the nearest future. 

More details - since the module is not tied to profiles only but shows various locations such as events, groups, etc. - it must use only data that is shared among those locations - title, pic, link. Showing more details for a certain data type entires is possible only as a custom implementation for your particular case.

The Location Picker is exactly for this purpose - it allows to point out a desired location directly on a map thus avoiding duplicate locations.

Location picker will result in all locations be absolutely unique.
Yes, if two or more persons will specify just the same street address or even just the same city then they will have exactly the same location coordinates and will appear overlapping on a map. It is possible upon clicking on a marker to force the module to show Info of all entries with exactly the same that location coordinates though if that is what you're asking for.

That is how the default autosuggest field works. The Location picker was designed primarily for those people who doesn't want to rely on google services at all and thus it doesn't include the geolocation services which are required to convert an address to coordinates, it just allows to manually provide coordinates using an interactive map.

So do you need the Locations Map to show multiple entries' info window in case they are having the same lat/lon coordinates?
