privacy fields in (sys_privacy_groups), active vs visible
What is the difference between setting a privacy option as active vs visible? If it is not visible but still active, can admin still add posts to the inactive privacy fields?

Hello Genesis !
Both fields are important to provide some lists of privacy groups. What is the difference with 0 values:
1) "visible" - the group is just invisible, content with such visibility group may exists and will be checked for visibility.
2) "active" - the group is completely inactive. It cannot be selected in any way and won't be checked. -
