User with no profile
I have a user who was created and on the site but somehow she doesn’t have a profile associated with her account so when we search we can’t find her. I looked her up in studio and under profile there is no name. How is that possible and what can I do to fix it?

In looking at my dashboard it would appear I have a few people like that with no profile name

You can change settings to create profile auto after registration and approve after verify credentials! Its better way because people make strange things)

That’s how I have it setup.

Test it for works good! Maybe you need play with persons module settings. Disable letter for profile creation etc.

Out of almost 500 users I estimate only 5-10 people have this issue. I would think that as the site owner I would be able to fix this?

I am dealing with one of the users with no profiles right now who she says that she cant even access that account. Does anyone have a solution for this as the only thing at this time for me to do is to delete that account and have them recreate it. Thanks.

Do you have any limits on profile creation in the Settings->Accounts area or in the Permissions app?

I have limit number of profiles to 5 but that is a per user limit. I have about 500 users with only a few that are missing profiles so that wouldnt apply am I correct? Also the one person that I was dealing with in regards to this asked me to delete their profile so they could recreate and I now dont know of any by name that are missing their profile. I dont have the ability to sort by profile so finding another account missing a profile would be something I would look to you for direction.

UPDATE - as we checked together with Michael Farrington his UNA has fine accounts and profiles setup and the only way when the accounts without profiles may appear is by deleting profiles by themselves. BTW - UNA 12 has the filter option "Without profile" in the Accounts app.
