Replies to conversations appear on timeline
I don't know if it has happened to anyone else, but after the latest update, I've had a reply to a conversation appear on the timeline for all to see. Conversations are between two or more members, and no parts thereof should ever appear on the timeline, not even to your friends.
To replicate the problem:
1. Administrator starts conversation with any member
2. Member replies
3. Member's reply appears on the timeline with zero privacy restrictions. Non logged in users can see it.
I'd call the fix for this critical

I believe it's a new update, for me it's cool for my site. Also they are not private conversation as you put it. They drawn from general comments on post referencing the post itself. I find this interesting though.
To solve this if you don't want this, go studio->timeline->general-> and unmarked the untranslated key "_bx_timeline_alert_module_comment (add)" then save. Clear cache and you should be fine.
Also in addition, I would like to propose that not all comments should be served as a new post, perhaps it's better a settings can be added, say for comment trend, if a comment has "n" replies, then the comment will be served as a new created post. Also, conversations in conversation module shouldnot appear. Boon Alex T⚜️

That does seem to provide a bandaid, but why on earth would you have a setting in the timeline module that affects conversations?
Conversations: "A private inbox for asynchronous on-site communication between users "
Why this would involve a setting in the timeline module , is something I don't understand. What possible reason could there be for placing communication between members on a timeline?
