Errors after UNA upgrade

UNA Team LeonidS  can you please help.. I upgraded my site yesterday, now my Posts is generating DB error which you can see below. Also when I try to post a comment on the feeds, I get an error message which you can see below the highlighted link { cmts.php}.  Lastly, why am I seeing a wrong upgrade date ?  upgrade was done yesterday, but as you can see below it says 1-july-20 ?   Please let me know. Nobody can access my {posts} which I rely heavily on my site.. Thanks.
