Ban user

How can delete an account with ban so he cant register with his email again?

      In UNA a "ban" means to transfer the problem user to the Permissions level without actions like "Suspended".

        But AQB Soft  said that AMS will be released in late September 2018. We are 4 months later, I have not seen anything happen. Really needed though ... Desperate about it.
