Billed after cancelling subscription
Hello,
I cancelled my subscription with your service for the cloud 4 twice now and was advised by the system that it was received but yet today I was billed $100.00 after I had already cancelled.
Why was I charged. This charge needs to be reversed immediately as it was not authorized. Someone needs to get back to me and fix this. Your support phone number in the email you sent confirming the charge does not work. I have emailed you also and no response or charge reversal yet.

Hi ScottS - Hi Scott - our sincere apologies for the additional charge after your cancellation - your subscription has now been cancelled and payment refunded. Both these overcharges were caused by a system error in our payments and ticketing hub - this has now been addressed.
